Annotation For the first time, a detailed study of the isotopic and mineralogical composition of silver-bearing ore zones has been carried out for the Kumirnoye silver deposit located in the Lower Taiga ore cluster (East Sikhote-Alin volcano-plutonic belt). It is shown that ore mineralization is distributed in the form of inclusions, nests and streaks of sulfides – pyrite, arsenopyrite, sphalerite, galena, chalcopyrite. The main non-metallic mineral of the zones is quartz. The main silver-containing minerals (acanthite, pyrargyrite, polybasite, freibergite, stephanite, matildite, eletrum, native silver) are identified and their relationships with sulfides (arsenopyrite, pyrite, sphalerite, galena) are examined. The discovery of a rare Se-containing mineral, augilarite, is very interesting. Isotope studies were carried out at the collective use center of the Far Eastern Geological Institute of the Far Eastern Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences (DVGI FEB RAS). Sulfide sulfur was determined on a Flash EA-112 elemental analyzer (Thermo Scientific, Germany). 34S/32S isotope ratios were measured on a MAT-253 mass spectrometer (Thermo Scintific, Germany). The results of the study of sulfur sulfides and the narrow narrow positive range of its relations (2,0…2,8 ‰), close to the meteorite standard, indicate a high uniformity of ore-forming hydrothermal solutions. These results are in good agreement with isotopic data on sulfur of sulfides of gold-silver deposits located in marginal-continental volcanic-plutonic belts. These include the Dukat, Mnogovershinnoye, and Sergeevskoye deposits. A comparison of the Kumirnoye deposit with large noble metal objects located in the volcanic-plutonic belts suggests that the supply of ore elements occurred with the participation of the crust-mantle fluid flows, probably associated with a mantle source
