Annotation The problem of transforming the current model of the European state is observed. Based on the analysis of the program of the leading parties in the Federal Republic of Germany, it has been concluded that only the inter-partisan approach to the forthcoming reforms in the European Union can form a necessary basis for the controlled evolution of the future model of the European state. Without this controlled evolution, the EU‘s successful participation in the “World Concert of States” in the 21st century and its internal stability are impossible. The paper represents particularly important trends. Their detailed analysis requires further publications. But the trends that have already been fixed make it possible to predict further political steps in the Federal Republic in relation to supranational integration as well as in relation to the Russian Federation.
