Annotation The relevance of the research is explained by the need to increase the efficiency and competitiveness of mining transport and technological machines (MTTM) on the basis of optimization of the processes of their application both in geological prospecting and exploration of solid minerals, and in the production of mining operations. The purpose of the study is to increase the efficiency of production and technical operation of MTTM and the competitiveness of the mechanized work performed by them by optimizing processes. The object of the study is the processes of operation of the MTTM, which ensure the maintenance of the technical condition and the restoration of operability in the event of its loss. The subject of the study is the regularities of changes in the technical condition of MTTM with variations in the load effect on their elements, components and assemblies. The situation related to the analysis of statistical data on MTTM failures and their impact on the processes and costs associated with the use of modern MTTMs for their intended purpose and with their technical services is evaluated. Taking into account these factors can be expressed by the accumulated level of load exposure. An algorithm for assessing the operating conditions of MTTM and calculating the indicators of their reliability is presented.
