Annotation The author deals with the issues of industrial enterprise management for environmental and economic safety level in the high dynamicity conditions of the external environment. The level of industrial enterprise (IE) environmental and economic safety (EES) is an integral indicator which is determined on the basis of a wide range of factors (social, economic, environmental). The most important tasks are collection, systematization, analysis and interpretation of data, development of recommendations for raising of the IEEES level in managing complex systems such as economic and environmental security. Many input quantities are of a probabilistic nature in the study of such systems, in particular, existing in conditions of high dynamicity of the external environment and lack of relevant information. In such cases, the use of a fuzzy device gives the most qualitative results. In the constructed model the author has selected critical factors and worked out the principles for the formation of an integral indicator of the IEEES level. During the development of the problem, including creation of an information basis, the author has used statistical data and expert judgments. The author has formed a system of indicators and characteristics of the IEEES based on 27 critical factors. The coefficient of the ratio between the values of the factors is good. It is equal to 60 % (calculated) by 40 % (expert). The author has constructed a fuzzy model, using the Mamdani algorithm. To form the knowledge base the author has applied a hierarchical block method. The model which has 4 hierarchical levels is implemented in the MathCad computer simulation system. The author has selected the most vulnerable indicators for the IEEES of specific Crimean enterprises. The conducted research provides some general and individual recommendations for improving the level of their IEEES. The article provides justifications for the need of a multifaceted state support of enterprises
