Born in Bratsk, Irkutsk region on March 20, 1972. In 1989 he graduated from secondary school No. 2 in Chita. In 1994 he graduated from the Chita Polytechnic Institute, mining department. In 1999, he received a second higher education in the specialty “Management” (ChitSTU). In 2007-2010 Studied full-time postgraduate studies at the IPEC SB RAS, 2013-2016. – doctoral studies at the Federal State Budgetary Educational Institution of Higher Education “ZabSU”.

After graduating from the institute, in 1994 he worked at the Zabaikalzoloto Association, the Federal Tax Service for the Central District of Chita, Mining Artel Quartz LLC, and the Ministry of Industry and Energy of the Trans-Baikal Territory. From October 2013 to August 2022, he worked as an associate professor at the Department of PRMPI, and since September 2022, he has been working as a professor at the Department of PRMPI at Transbaikal State University.

Main publications: author of more than 60 scientific papers, including 11 patents for inventions, 2 textbooks.

Awards: certificates of honor and a letter of gratitude from the Ministry of Industry and Energy of the Trans-Baikal Territory (2012, 2013), a letter of gratitude from PJSC Priargunsky Industrial Mining and Chemical Association (PJSC PIMCU) (2018), a letter of gratitude Governor of the Trans-Baikal Territory (2022).

Scientific interests: geotechnology (underground) of ore deposits, geomechanics, drilling and blasting destruction of rocks.
