| Annotation | The purpose of the study is to identify the possibilities of forming interregional cooperation as an economic system on the example of the Stavropol region, with the need for a balance between the main parameters of assessing the economic security of the territory: regional specialization and industry diversification. The research shows that the tool for improving the competitiveness of economic sectors is interregional cooperation, assessed by the degree of formation of the sectoral structure of the regional economy and the dynamics of its change. The analysis of the organizational and economic mechanism of regional support for small and medium-sized businesses has revealed a number of advantages over large businesses in the context of the regional economy, including: reducing economic threats, strengthening the economic security of the region. It has been proved that support measures in the new conditions of business transformation, social inequality, and the consequences of COVID-19 should take into account the economic security level of the regions. The concept of “e-government”, which is the basis of the concept of e-government, represented by the information environment for the implementation of key functions of territorial management based on innovative technologies, is studied |
