The relevance of the study is due to the growing role of socio-technical systems affecting the development of tourism in various regions of the world. The Baikal region is one of the centers of tourism development in Russia and every year attracts more interest from both Russian and foreign tourists, among which there is a special increase in the number of Chinese citizens. The article analyzes the impact of socio-teclinical systems on the development of tourism in the Baikal region using the following examples: growing popularity of individual tourist attractions, uneven distribution of tourist flows over large, medium and small accommodation sites, local differences in the choice of certain types of booking systems depending on spatial distribution information resources. The authors have identified the following systems for booking accommodation for tourists: m eta-searchers, international, Russian, regional and local booking systems. Socio-teclinical networks are considered as one of the types of actor networks. In this approach, the nature of the bonds and their stability are important. The role of socio-teclinical systems in the development of tourism is examined in more detail by examples of settlements with different levels of involvement in the tourism industry: the most popular regional areas are Khuzliir and Lystyanka; resort area - p. Gory- acliinsk and Arshan settlement; and areas of developing tourism - Bolshoe Goloustnoye and Severoberkalsk. The basis for the analysis was the field research data (interviews, observation of authors) in Khuzliir, Lystvyanka, Kurumkan, Bolshoe Goloustnoye, Severodaybaykalsk, Goryacliinsk and Arshan, in 2016, 2017, data tourist |
