Annotation The demand for national Park services is steadily increasing. However, these territories were not ready for such challenges of our time. Information technologies allow to optimize the management process to create a popular tourist product. However, the question of how to use information technology in the activities of national parks in the design of tourist products remains fully unresolved. The main problems of national parks are caused by such moments as: requirements to the content of information in databases and determination of ways and means of increase of efficiency of their use for optimization of administrative decisions. The solution of this problem is seen in the need to involve in the use of scientific research materials on the territory of the Park on the available resources through geoinformation systems. As a result of this work, we will get a database of attractive objects and the ability to model the processes of tourism development in different parts of the Park, including the management of attendance in different parts of the Park, taking into account the degree of anthropogenic influence or the need for additional infrastructure. Effective management is not possible without the exchange of information. Ways of interaction with the consumer can be different: the organization of Internet surveys, video conferencing, the use of the network “Vkontakte” and active management of the site through its constant content. In this regard, we consider it important to use video tours. They can increase the attractiveness of the territory and combine information on tours and excursions. The proposed management solutions require certain financial costs. However, they are justified, since the focus on a certain segment of the consumer will lead to the formation of a line of environmental tours designed for different market segments
