Theoretical and experimental researches of natural slope angle of ore concentrates, formed on the mixing devices of drying drum with the purpose of exposure are presented – which one angle of natural slope it is necessary to take into account: static, form at destruction of layer of particles after moving away of retaining wall, or dynamic, form at falling of particles on a plane.
By measuring of natural slope angles on two devices for measuring of dynamic angle of natural slope and on two devices for measuring of static angle of natural slope, and also on a device, designing the terms of natural slope angle formation it is set on the running around mixing shoulder-blade of dryer, that the angle of natural slope, formed on the turning shoulder-blades of dryer has a size identical to static.
Description over of setting construction allowing to conduct the physical design of distribution of dried ore concentrate in the section of drying drum at his rotation with certain speed and removable constructions of internal devices is given. And also illustrations of curtain of drying material on the test of feldspar concentrate at the use of standard shoulder-blades, doubled shoulder-blades and improved doubled shoulder-blades taking into account the change of friableness of feldspar concentrate are described.
On the basis of the obtained experimental data analysis with the use of this setting dependence of area, the curtains of falling feldspathic concentrate from its humidity are shown, allowing to produce the choice of internal devices construction in one or another zone of dryer at transferring of concentrate to the drum depending on humidity
