Annotation The process of digital space construction and formation is of particular importance for the formation of “smart production”. The need to study the digitization of auxiliary processes in the enterprise, which are not directly related to the production process, is indicated. As a result, there is a development and implementation of conceptually new methods and mechanisms of organization of internal processes in the organization based on digital technologies and automated systems. This article discusses the use of digital technology in the context of management of industrial infrastructure of the enterprise. As a result of the study, the authors consider the process of implementing digital technologies in supply chain management in the context of Adidas. As a result, a business model is developed and proposed, which is based on supply chain management through the introduction of digital technologies. The developed business model is conceptually new for the Russian reality, and especially for the Russian market of sports retailers. As a result, the implementation of this model through the use of digital technologies in supply chain management in Adidas, will not only increase the efficiency of its activities and the level of competitiveness, but also will allow to acquire the Statute of “smart enterprise”, based on the mechanisms of Industry 4.0. According to the results of the study, the author proposes to introduce this model as a pilot project in the company Adidas in Moscow as a Central office. In the long term, the model can be extended and used at the level of regional representatives
