Annotation In this article, the measures of real and imaginary parts of the relative complex dielectric permittivity of granular media with nanoscale pores in a rectangular resonator with its full filling in the centimeter band are described. Distortions of the resonant curve of the resonator due to the influence of the conductivity of residual water films in the medium were found, using the example of KSKG silica gel. It is shown that measurements are possible with frequency and spatial averaging of variable quantities
