Annotation With the beginning of the era of outer space (04.10.1957), views on the world substantially have changed. Gamma, x-ray, optical, infrared spectra and radio-wave radiation have increased the flow of valuable information about the structure of the Universe, galaxies and outer space millions of times. Previously unknown forms of matter have been discovered, many amazing features of the immeasurable space, discrepancy between some physical laws and unimaginable natural features of the Universe have been discovered. The human mind, mastering colossal information, looking at the world in a new way and, often, on different sides, creates models of its structure. The fundamental importance of such models is undeniable, because they are able to correct the scientific views on many sides of our existence and universe. The article deals with a set of the main cosmological factors that allow to specify the processes of transformation, development of the Universe matter, they reveal the causes of the formation of space objects in relation to our planet. The applied method of theoretical modeling raises the strategic goals of the planet cognition to a higher scientific level. The method is based on universal laws and a famous hypothesis of the formation of the planet, on many new facts, not finding adequate reflection in the current theories of the formation and development of the Land. Critical attitude to dogmas and authorities is caused by attraction of true knowledge about our planet. They are demanded, first of all, by geologists for the solution of strategic problems of forecasting, searches, investigation of deposits of various minerals, which are not opened by erosion processes. Such deposits constitute the main reserve for strengthening the mineral resource base of the country. The essence of the hypothesis, which will be published in the next article, is the formation of a planet around the “cold” dwarf star. This star, moving through presolar dust-the meteor-asteroid linear arms (sleeves) of galactic explosion are the products of numerous old stars, which substance was actively accretioned, forming the mantle. The earth\'s crust and atmosphere were formed when the energy of a young star-dwarf Sun has appeared on the upper mantle
