| Annotation |
The notion of “registration of political parties” is disclosed, the main aspects of state registration of political parties and their regional branches. The authors draw attention to the positive dynamics in the registration of political parties and their regional branches. Batch determination does not contain all the laws on political parties. In General, the legislation provides for the following essential characteristics of a political party: the freedom, stability, ideology, commercial activities, the formation and expression of the will of the people, democracy. It is noted that, in accordance with democratic constitutions, parties are organized and act freely, are created, as a rule, on the basis of a secret (or registration-registration) order, they themselves determine the structure, order of activities, which is regulated by the charters adopted by them. The party can only be created by the citizens of this state, and party members can be, as a rule, only citizens of this country, with political rights and under 18 years of age. Parties are based on individual membership in the party shall be accepted upon application of the applicant. To create a party, a constituent assembly is convened, at which the chairman and secretary are elected, the articles of association of the party. Registration of parties rests with the Federal tax service of Russia and the Ministry of justice of Russia, In the end, the conclusion is that political parties in the last two years actively registered, and the initiative group to create an initiative of the organizing committees for the establishment of political parties. Simplification of registration procedures for political parties, reducing the minimum number of political parties during the registration makes the procedure of their registration more attractive. The increase in the number of political parties does not contribute to a more active involvement of citizens in the political process, parties are created not for the sake of participation in the political life of the country, but for the sake of participation in the elections
