| Annotation |
The military organization of the state as a military-economic system, on the one hand, exposed to the destabilizing impact of threats of various kinds, on the other hand, acts as the guarantor of national security of the state. We can say that the state of the power component of the state depends on the state of the economy and vice versa. In this article, the authors describe the main external and internal threats to the military-economic security of the country, complex measures for their prevention (blocking).
The features of economic security of the military organization of the state have revealed a direct relationship between the state of logistics infrastructure for military purposes to ensure military and economic security of the country. It is shown that the main targets of this infrastructure are warehouses, the purpose of which is the accumulation of material resources reserves. In the framework of the program «Effective army» for optimization of expenses of the Ministry of defence for the maintenance and operation of storage facilities, the decision was made to convert the existing warehouse infrastructure for military purposes in the modern production and logistics complex (PLC).
The article presents the main objectives of the creation project of the PLC, namely: implementation of an automated inventory management; building an effective system of supply; minimizing «losses» in the supply chain; reducing the negative impact on the environment etc.
The authors have shown that the logistics of the military organization, despite the apparent need and changes in the external environment, has long remained unchanged. As a result the efficiency of deliveries of military products was very low, and the losses in delivery of products, related to the use of outdated technologies, had caused significant damage to the economy.
Focused on the fact that the military-economic security is a part of the national security state, it is necessary to consider it in the general system, in full connection with other types of security.
The formulated theoretical provisions allow to get in a certain degree a holistic view about the military-economic security of the country. This is what determines the theoretical significance of the work.
Practical significance of the research is that the results can be used in further research on this issue, development of separate components of the mechanism of providing military-economic security of the country; in educational process when studying the theory of military and economic security provision |
