This article is about questions of the social policy in the USA and it shows the analysis of the USA social situation’s transformation. The authors pay attention to the USA social problems in differentiated salary, in the system of taxation, in government assistance programs to destitute, at unemployment level and in other spheres. The inhabitants’ protection factor from social dangers is observed in the USA and it contributes the growth of the USA government power in the sphere of social protection. America is a country which is characterized by stable socio-political development. In conclusion the authors point out the social problems, which were singled out in the modern variant and they formed a new approach to the government social policy. The USA social policy is a key factor in Americans’ protection from risks, which objectively exist and at the same time it is a base of social stability maintenance in the country. A lot of indicators serve for the social sphere analysis. The unemployment level is the most important from them. There are other kinds of indicators: salary, system of taxation, social population security, education accessibility extension. The authors explain the tendencies and changes of the government social population protection policy in the USA, which covers a wide circle of measures for the next spheres’ development, improving and safeguarding: retiring provision, including private, support the persons, whose income doesn’t reach the American poverty line; education, medical and information services’ extension |
