| Annotation |
The ethnic classification and its influence in the history of the development of national relations is analyzed. The attention is focused on the national policy during 1949—1956 in the sphere of politics, economy, culture, religion, etc., especially in the national autonomous regions. The way of realizing the national policy is shown as well as the problem and results in the national work. The dependence of social reform and the grave revolution on improving the standard of living of the people in the initial period of building socialism is noted. The conclusion is made that since the China’s formation the national policy has been test-linked to the fate of the new China and national relations, and the national policy was successful and effective for the national question solution during 1949 and 1956 |
