| Annotation |
The information is provided on the high demand for information on the population and on the processes that take place in it at all levels of social and economic development management. The aim of the paper is to analyze the natural movement of the population of the municipalities of the Transbaikal Territory over a nine-year period (2007...2015), a statistical forecast of the natural movement of the population for 2019, and a statistical forecast of the population of the municipal formations of the province for 2020. The information base for the study is given. The graphs of temporary changes in the fertility and death rates of the population of the municipal districts of the Transbaikal Territory are given, and a brief analysis is presented. Based on the statistical data for the nine- year period, the forecast of fertility rates, mortality and natural movement of the population of the municipal districts of the Transbaikal Territory for 2019 is calculated. Based on the correlation analysis, an attempt has been made to identify the factors that affect fertility and mortality. A forecast is made for the prospective population of the municipal formations of the Transbaikal Territory. The evolution of the age structure of the population of the Transbaikal Region is considered. A conclusion is drawn on the correspondence between its depopulation structures |
