Annotation In the conditions of the aggressive continual agricultural land use which led to agrogene degradation of soils in the region and transformation, owing to continuous plowing of structure upper humus horizon relevance of dehumification reasons interpretation, along with studying of negative influence on soils fertility their natural features such as hydromorphism, alkalines, inhomogeneity, calcareousness. It is defined that the complexity which is expressed in mosaicity of polytypic soils that is connected with features of geological development of the territory is peculiar to land resources of the explored area and has resultant influence on formation of structure of the humus horizon. Analytical handling of the results of long-term agrochemical inspections of arable lands and know-how of the North Kazakhstan agricultural experimental station is executed, quality indicators of loss of fertility (approximate balance of humus ) in representative sites of agrolandscapes of partially wooded steppes and moderate and droughty and steppe natural zones are established. The economic evaluation of loss of natural soils fertility (humus) in the region in the conditions of single-crop (grain) agriculture for post virgin land period is given. Threshold and background values of natural, natural and agrogene and agrogene factors of depletion of lands are determined, statistical data on content of biogenes and annual average sizes of average annual rates of falling of humus in soils of districts in the region are identified and systematized. The comparative typology of administrative regions on the integrated indicator of fertility of arable lands is carried out, correlation communication between fertility of soils and their bonitation assessment is calculated. The assumption is made that replacement of mineral fertilizers organic on the basis of local lake raw materials — sapropel and wood fragments where the main groups of biologically active agents are humic acids will become the only ecological friendly scenario of solution of the problem of falling of fertility of soils
