Annotation It was revealed that most of the key industries and enterprises of Siberia function as export-oriented and form a significant part of the All-Russian trade turnover, but this situation is not always reflected in the official statistics of Rosstat and the Federal Customs Service. One of the main reasons for this lies in the peculiarities of the distribution of production and foreign trade figures between the regions in which production is located, and the regions in which the registered office of the parent company is. The official data of the Federal Statistics on gross regional product and export of Siberian regions is presented. The discrepancy of submitted indicators of the real situation is revealed. The estimation of the volume of the Siberian regions’ contribution into the Russian export is given. The main directions of foreign supplies of goods from Siberian regions through seaports by country are analyzed. The approach proposing the division of sea and land export, allows to demonstrate the distribution of the main export flows between «Western» and «Eastern» sea areas. This, together with the assessment of transport and geographical location of the main economic centers of Siberia, with respect to the major seaports of various marine basins is the basis for determining the marginal zone of influence of the major sea port complexes in European Russia on the economy of the regions of Siberia. According to the proposed results, the influence zone extends to the border of the Irkutsk region and Buryatia to the east, however, does not include Novosibirsk region and Altay region, which are situated in the western Siberia. The options for the possible development of the situation in the logistics of export deliveries of Siberian regions, including the impact of new construction and development of the existing port in the Arctic to changing transport accessibility territory are presented. As a conclusion, it is noted that their impact on the Siberian export without investment in transport infrastructure, connecting them with the main economic centers in the interior of the continent, will be limited
