| Annotation |
This article focuses on the changes in the structure of the land fund of the central zone of the Republic of Tuva in the post on the example of Ulug-Khem district municipality. The authors have analyzed the trend in the various categories of municipal area of land in the period from the beginning of the 90s of the last century to the present. It was found that the strongest influence on the change of the land fund structure provides a greater degree of socio-economic factors, and processes related to land reform in the country. Great changes have taken place, since 1992, due to the redistribution of agricultural land and the emergence of new types of agricultural land use: agricultural cooperatives, farms and others. Another reason was the change in the administrative-territorial boundaries of the area |
