Annotation |
During the Russian Civil War, thousands of Russian emigrants moved to the areas along the China-Eastern railway that had unique features on the way to China. Due to the continuous flow of a large number of newly arriving Russian emigrants, it was urgently necessary to solve problems with housing and employment of Russian emigrants, as well as other social tasks. The administration of the Chinese-Eastern railway, local authorities and public organizations, as well as international organizations arranged for the newly arrived Russian emigrants. Russian emigrants in the areas along the Chinese-Eastern railway had started a new life with the help of various parties |
