In 1998 he graduated with honors from the Siberian Academy of Public Administration. Manager with a degree in State and Municipal Administration.
In 1998, he entered full-time graduate school at Novosibirsk State Agrarian University.
In 2003, he defended his thesis on the topic “State regulation of agricultural production (using the example of the Novosibirsk region)” in specialty 08.00.05.
In 2007, he was awarded the academic title of Associate Professor in the Department of Management.
In 2010, he defended his doctoral dissertation on the topic “Formation and development of a mechanism for state support of agricultural production in the region (theory, methodology, practice)” in the specialty 08.00.05 – Economics and management of the national economy (economics, organization and management of enterprises, industries, complexes . Agro-industrial complex and agriculture).
In 2011, he was awarded the academic title of professor in the department of economic analysis and statistics.
After graduating from graduate school, he worked as a senior lecturer in 2001.
From 2007 to 2012 head. Department of Economic Analysis and Statistics.
From 2012 to 2020 head. Department of Finance and Statistics, from 2015 to 2017, Dean of the Faculty of Economics.
In the period from 2001-2005. participated in joint MBA programs “Master of Business Administration” with Humboldt University (Germany). Completed an internship in Germany.
Supervises graduate students and applicants. Has 16 defended graduate students and 4 doctoral students.
In total, during the period of work at NSAU, he prepared more than 400 scientific and methodological works with a total volume of more than 360 pp, including 38 monographs, 13 articles in Scopus and WoS publications, more than 200 articles in journals recommended by the Higher Attestation Commission of the Russian Federation, the textbook “Business” -planning”, electronic textbook “Statistics”.
From 2006 to 2012, 2015-2016 Scientific secretary of the dissertation council (economic sciences) of council D999.180.03 at the Novosibirsk State Agrarian University (more than 100 successful defenses were carried out). Currently a member of the dissertation council.

Member of the expert council of the Higher Attestation Commission under the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation (economic sciences).

In 2010 he was awarded a diploma of honor from the Ministry of Agriculture of the Novosibirsk Region, in 2021 – a diploma of honor from the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation, a gold medal of the XXIV All-Russian agro-industrial exhibition “Golden Autumn 2022”, a silver medal of the XXV All-Russian agro-industrial exhibition “Golden Autumn 2023” .
