In 1994 he graduated with honors from the Faculty of Natural Geography with a degree in Geography and Biology.
He is the supervisor of coursework and final qualifying works of undergraduate students in the field of preparation 44.03.01 “Pedagogical education” (profile “geographical education” (GEO), 44.04.01 Pedagogical education (MP “geographical education”). Disciplines: “Management in education” “ Modern problems of science and education”, “Geographic information systems in geography”.
Area of scientific interests: higher education. More than 80 scientific and scientific-methodological works have been published. Participated in the implementation of a scientific grant.
In 2013 he defended his doctoral dissertation in the specialty 24.00.25 Economic, social, political and recreational geography. In the same scientific specialty he is a scientific supervisor of graduate students.
Member of the Transbaikal branch of the Russian Geographical Society. Main place of work – Ministry of Education, Science and Youth Policy of the Trans-Baikal Territory, Minister.
