In 1987, she graduated from Volgograd State University with a degree in Mathematics, qualifying as a Mathematician. Teacher.
In 2015, she graduated from Volgograd State University with a master’s degree in Applied Informatics, qualifying as a Master.
In 2003, she defended her PhD thesis on “Microeconomic Analysis of the Functioning and Organization of the Modern Information Market,” and in 2009, she defended her doctoral thesis on “Information Development of Regional Economic Systems” in the field of Economics and Management of National Economy (Regional Economics). In July 2010, she was awarded the academic degree of Doctor of Economics by the Higher Attestation Commission of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation. In 2015, she was awarded the academic title of Professor in the field of Economics and Management of National Economy.
Since 2007, he has been the head of the Department of Economic Informatics and Management. Since 2018, he has been the head of the Joint Department of Applied Informatics and Mathematical Methods in Economics.
He is a member of the Dissertation Council D.212.029.01 for Economic Sciences at the Volgograd State University. Under his supervision, 5 postgraduate students have defended their theses.
He is a member of the Editorial Board of the Bulletin of the Volgograd State University. Economics, member of the editorial board of the journal “Modern Economics: Problems and Solutions” (Voronezh State University).
For many years of conscientious work, she was awarded a letter of gratitude from the Volgograd Regional Duma and an honorary diploma from the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation. In July 2019, she was awarded the honorary title of “Honored Worker of Education.”
She has more than 140 scientific and educational works, a utility model patent for the “Information System for Monitoring the Information Development of the Region,” and a state certificate.
