His research interests are related to a resource-based approach to the formation of a business entity’s strategy. The following areas of scientific interests can be distinguished in scientific work: ways and means of optimizing economic security, management activities, problems of public-private partnership.
She is the head of the scientific school “Organization Management based on information, accounting, analytical, financial and economic support”, the founder of the scientific school “Business Process Management based on the principles of Lean Production theory”.
She is the head of research for the degree of Candidate of Economic Sciences, the opponent of dissertations for the degree of Candidate of Economic Sciences, the editor-in-chief of the journal “Cooperative Education and Science of Siberia”, a member of the editorial board of the journals “Bulletin of Zabaikalsky State University”, “Bulletin of the Siberian University of Consumer Cooperation”.
She is a member of the Council for the development of consumer cooperation in the Trans-Baikal Territory; a member of the staff of the regional branch of the ONF in the Trans-Baikal Territory, an expert on the thematic platforms of the ONF “Small and medium-sized enterprises, “Labor productivity and employment support.”
