He developed a theory of environmentally balanced and safe functioning of large mining, industrial, metallurgical and fuel and energy complexes.
Author of the concept of environmental management in the northern regions, taking into account the “ecological imperative”, scientifically based recommendations for regional environmental assessment, allowing to predict the expected impact on the environment and develop environmental protection measures at the design stage when developing the natural resources of the North.
